Konesko is Estonia’s largest manufacturer of electric motors.
In addition to motors, the main areas of activity include the production of electrical and crane components (100% of the production is exported).
We manufacture electric motors with IEC frame sizes 63..400 and different electric components according to customer needs and drawings.
The technology used allows us to produce components and assemblies. We also use a more specific technology for processing stator plates, coil winding, and impregnation. Koeru factory has over 20 CNC-controlled machines.
Põltsamaa factory has the capability to machine steel parts with large CNC centers, the largest of which has a working area of 2.5 x 10 m. For production, we use mainly sheet metal and hollow profiles. Technological options are manual and robot welding, CNC machining, surface treatment, and final assembly.
Crane electrical cabinet montage is mainly assembled manually with the help of assembly and testrack. The factory storage capabilities allow us to use a lot of different parts according to the specifications of the electrical switchboard.
Türi-Alliku is our most modern factory producing electric motors and E-Rooms.
Robotic logistics system is used here.

ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (work environment management).
In addition, the metal factory has the EN ISO 3834-2 welding standard.
